Are your products suitable for human or veterinary use?
No. Our products are not licensed for human, veterinary, or cosmetic applications. They are exclusively for controlled research environments.

Why does my peptide vial sometimes appear partially empty?
Lyophilised powders settle during processing and transit. Although volume may look small, each vial contains the correct mass as stated on the label and COA.
What should I do if powder sticks to the sides of the vial?
This is normal with freeze-dried material. Gently tap the vial or swirl after reconstitution. Do not scrape the glass.
Why are peptides supplied in vials larger than the powder volume?
Vials are sized to ensure safe sealing, handling, and storage, not to match the powder volume visually.
How should I store my peptides?
Store lyophilised vials in a freezer (−20°C or lower is ideal). Once reconstituted, refrigerate at +2°C to +4°C and use promptly.
How long does it take to process and dispatch my order?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days. Orders placed after cut-off, weekends, or public holidays dispatch the next working day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries using tracked services. Please check local import rules before ordering, as buyers are responsible for customs clearance.
What are the estimated delivery times?
UK orders generally arrive the next working day after dispatch. Deliveries to Ireland and Scottish islands take around two working days. Europe usually arrives within 3–7 working days, while the rest of the world typically takes 5–10 working days, subject to customs.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
What is your returns policy?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How should I dispose of unused compounds?
Dispose of in accordance with institutional hazardous waste guidelines. Do not discard in general waste.
Can I re-freeze reconstituted peptides?
Re-freezing is not recommended, as it may reduce stability and activity. Store reconstituted vials in a fridge and use quickly.
