Refund policy

Due to the nature of our research-use products, we are unable to accept returns once an item has been dispatched, unless the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a clear description of the issue.

Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion where:
- The wrong item has been sent
- The item has arrived damaged
- The item is confirmed to be faulty
- The parcel is confirmed lost by the courier

We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Misuse of the product
- Delays caused by the courier once dispatched
- Failure to read the product description before ordering
